STRUCTURE AND TABLE
The CM series hydraulic gooseneck presses consist of an electrowelded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel. It is stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision. Calculated and designed with finite element software. With all this, we always guarantee our high standards of precision and quality.
They are provided with an upper table and a lower table made of C45E steel machined with DIN 650 grooves. The upper table guarantees perfect parallelism by means of two lateral cylindrical guides with a diameter of 50 mm with maintenance-free anti-friction bimetallic bushings.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
Double-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chrome-plated plunger and anti-wear guides. They include as standard a cylinder anti-rotation with millimeter front and end of stroke that allow us to comfortably regulate the stroke of the cylinder.
Two-speed motorized hydraulic group with automatic high speed cut-off. Includes cylinder decompression valve. They incorporate as standard a pressure switch located on the side that allows to regulate the most appropriate pressure setpoint for each type of work.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
The electrical panel incorporates a selector that allows us to choose the type of work we want to carry out in manual, semi-automatic or automatic position and a selector to choose the operation in fast speed or slow speed.
The electrical and hydraulic maneuvers are redundant and self-controlled. They incorporate an additional safety block and self-control devices for maneuvering and safety. Includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distance for photocells
The actuation is carried out by means of a low voltage electric pedal.
To guarantee safety, they incorporate practicable side protections with category IV photoelectric barriers located on the front.
They allow the installation of a hydraulic cushion or ejector.
They are supplied with an instruction manual.
