• SHEET CUTTING AND TRANSFORMATION

Laser cutting to cut sheet metal parts with complex contours and interiors, with great precision, speed and maximum quality.

Manufacture from drawings of all types of sheet metal parts, both for prototypes and for series of any size.

Laser cutting machine, with double table of 4000 x 2000 mm.

Sheet metal folding. We have high-precision folding machines that allow us to handle and finish pieces with folds up to 5 meters in maximum length and a limit of 200 Tons.

Numerical control folding machines, which guarantee accuracy in a wide variety of operations and measurements.

• WELDING

As a complement to sheet metal cutting and bending, we offer manual welding, deburring and polishing services for the final finishing of parts and assemblies.

• SURFACE TREATMENT

Final painting treatment processes (washing, drying and painting). We have liquid and powder painting facilities with their respective drying ovens.

For powder painting we have a double robotic powder painting booth, with a cleaning tunnel, chain and drying oven for parts up to 5000 x 1000 x 1200 mm.

For liquid painting we have 2 paint booths and a drying oven for large parts with liquid paint spray guns.

• ELECTROMECHANICAL ASSEMBLIES

We have staff prepared for the management of processes that require assembly of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components.

• MACHINING

Horizontal bench lathes for parts up to 1000 mm. diameter and 5000 mm. of length. Inclined bed lathes for high production (series) of small pieces.

Machining centers of 3 – axis tables 2000 x 650 mm. and 4000 x 780 mm., up to 650 mm high, with CNC and manual control. 5-axis

high-capacity machining center (milling machine – bridge) with automatic tool change, with a 9500 x 1800 mm work table. and height up to 1400 mm.

• FOUNDRY

We service castings of medium and long series with their subsequent machining.
